Welcome
Scoobys Canine Care offers dog walking, dog sitting, dog boarding, doggy daycare, pet transport and cat/small animal drop in sitting. Our walking services include both solo walks and group walks. We don't have a set walking time, instead offering flexible times to suit our 4 legged clients.
We also offer drop in sessions for cats and other small animals in their own home.
Services
Our outstanding care provides a convenient solution if you are a busy pet owner who may not have the time, energy, or expertise to provide the necessary care and attention for your loveable hound. Our dog care services can enhance the overall health and well-being of dogs, while also giving you peace of mind and a sense of security knowing that your pets are in good hands.
Our aim is to look after your 4-legged friends and meet all their needs. We are fully insured and are also canine first aid trained. Our ethos is to ensure all dogs are happy whilst in our care and so our groups are carefully thought through and put together rather than adding new dogs just because we have space.

Dog walking
We offer the following:
Regular Tuesday group walks with Claire.
Adhoc group walks and solos with Lexi. Groups are planned based on compatability and safety.
Claire also has some availbilty for adhoc group/solos throughout the week.
Adhoc daycare
We offer adhoc daycare for those who need the odd day every now and then rather than a regular daycare.
Choose from a half day (up to four hours) or a full day day (up to 8 hours).
Pick up and drop off if local, or drop your pup to us.
Boarding
We offer home from home boarding here at Scoobys, not a kennel in site and plenty of soft beds/sofas for your dog to choose.
Your dog is treated as if they were ours (i.e spoilt).
We have a maximum of 5 dogs at any 1 time for boarding/daycare. Availability is determined on compatability of those staying.
Sitting
We have some availbilty to offer sitting in your own home. This is usually over evenings and weekends.
Cat and small animal care
We can come to your home to care for cats and other small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, tree frogs, tortoises to date) and feed, refresh water and bedding, give love and cuddles (if wanted) and we've even popped a harness on and walked a cat before.
Pet transport
Need to get your pet to the vets or the groomers etc and have no transport? Give us a call to see if we can help. We cannot take any humans as we don't have a taxi license. Paws, claws, webs and scales only I'm afraid.
Laurie & LouLou
“Lexi at Scoobys came to my rescue when I needed a dog walker very last minute. She is clearly very passionate about what she does, her love for dogs (and their unusual quirks) is evident. My dog, Loulou was always contented when I arrived home and I particularly loved the little photo updates of her enjoying her walks.
Zoe & Ozzie
I call Lexi the 'dog whisperer"! It's obvious she has a real passion for her canine friends and my spaniel Ozzie adores her. He also loves going to stay as he gets to sleep on the sofa with Douglas!
Karen & Ziggy
Scoobys walks Ziggy for me on a regular basis. HE has the best time ever and is beyond excited when Lexi arrives at the door. So glad to know that Scoobys is officially licenced for boarding.
